Welcome to Luciano Travel Co. These terms outline our services and what you agree to when booking with us. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms, so please review them carefully before making a reservation.
Luciano Travel Co facilitates the booking of travel services, including flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and transportation. While we coordinate these services, we do not own or control them and cannot be held responsible for their actions or any associated issues.
To confirm a booking, a deposit is required, and in some cases, deposits may be non-refundable depending on the supplier and type of reservation. Payment deadlines will be provided at the time of booking, and prices are subject to change due to supplier availability, exchange rates, or other factors beyond our control until booked and a deposit is processed. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
Each travel supplier has its own cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the travel provider’s policy and may take several weeks to process. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage, as we are not responsible for any losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport, visa, and other travel documents are valid and comply with entry requirements. Additionally, you must adhere to all travel regulations, health protocols, and advisories. Any additional costs arising from non-compliance with these requirements will be your responsibility. All international travel requires a valid passport, with most countries requiring validity at least 6 months from the date of returning from travel. Luciano Travel Co is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, travel delays, or cancellations caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers. We are also not responsible for disruptions due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, political unrest, or natural disasters. If liability is determined, our maximum responsibility is limited to the amount paid to us for the booking.
Luciano Travel Co is not responsible for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or supplier failures. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of following our cancellation process, we reserve the right to dispute it, and any fees incurred due to an improper chargeback will be your responsibility.
Luciano Travel Co reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, as applicable, and any disputes must be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of this state.
